I know that you understand the light and the darkness more than most people here. And I can feel your world, connected through me, and that it is struggling through quite a bit.
And I know that you, and your friends, are beacons of light in a world otherwise plagued by darkness.
Other than that, not much else. But I do know you are a worthy warrior, and if not you, who else?
"Beacons of light"... I never really thought of it that way. Well, maybe at first? But after a while, it just started feeling more like we just wanted to do what was right, which definitely entailed getting rid of the "darkness". So...yeah, I guess that's not a bad metaphor.
And I like to think I am, but I couldn't have made it this far alone. My team's pretty amazing. There's Weiss, another girl named Blake, and my sister, Ruby. They've all done so much for me...and I don't know if I'd be where I am today without them.
